About the Role

Join Bounteous x Accolite as a Cloud Engineer under the BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) model. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, secure cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation, performance, and reliability. This role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong emphasis on DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, Route53, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Automate infrastructure deployment and scaling using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage Docker, Kubernetes, and related tools.
• Release & CI/CD: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, support release frameworks and automation.
• Monitoring & Observability: Use tools like New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, alarms, and logging tools.
• Security: Implement AWS security best practices, firewalls, IAM policies, encryption, and compliance monitoring.
• Automation: Write scripts (e.g., AWS Lambda, cron jobs), configure event-driven automation using SNS.
• IT Operations: Monitor, troubleshoot systems, manage SQL/NoSQL databases, and respond to outages.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with cloud-native development practices: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Containers, Serverless, IaC
• Proficient in AWS core services: EC2, S3, VPCs, Load Balancing, Lambda, Kubernetes
• Skilled in Terraform, CloudFormation, IAM, WAF, SSL, and key management
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Strong collaboration ability across enterprise, architecture, and product teams
• Self-driven with meticulous attention to detail
